30 Day Challenge

In my PLP course we were asked to watch a TED video about challenging yourself to do something for 30 days. Sounds simple, but the video made it more concrete somehow. My first challenge is to not eat until I really feel hungry at least once during the day. Going fine on day 4. I showed it to my students to see if they could come up with 30 day challenges.
